    Kyrgyzstan Pavilion

    The pavilion, resembling a yurt, symbolizes the harmonious coexistence between the nomadic people and nature. Bishkek, though highly industrial, is a liveable city with large green area. Movies, posters, slides, exhibits and cultural activities in the pavilion introduces the country’s culture, history and customs, and the harmonious development of economy, culture and tourism in Bishkek.

    Highlight 1: Characteristics of Kyrgyzstan – The three sections in the pavilion present the unique characteristics of the country and Bishkek from different perspectives.

    Highlight 2: Achievements in Socioeconomic Transition – The exhibits demonstrate the capital’s achievements in socioeconomic transition and other characteristics of urban construction in the country.

    Highlight 3: Songs and Dances – Local songs and dances are presented during the National Day.

    Tajikistan Pavilion

    Tajikistan enjoys 60 percent of hydropower resource in Central Asia, which is reflected in the pavilion through simulated snow mountains and waterfalls in the natural environment. Models of historical events and architectures are used to depict work and life of people in the mountainous country.

    Highlight 1: Artworks – Abundant images present typical artworks, recent urban construction achievements of Tajikistan and its friendship with neighboring countries.

    Highlight 2: Area Sheltered by grapevines – The pavilion has a rest area sheltered by grapevines.
